Domestic Enemy of the Constitution Alert !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
FOUR Republicans on the list...
bump this puppy up...
A role call of the worst of the very effing worst.
Ping.
When both parties press for, and the corrupt courts uphold, unconstitutional laws, then its time to reconsider just who the hell the real Americans are.....and ask the question "just what the hell did the Founders mean by limited government? The answer to the latter can be found in the Bill of Rights: "shall not be infringed" is as clear as any words in the English language.
Yet, the damn Federal Appellate Court system has never overturned one damn gun law based on the clear and unambiguous words of the 2nd. Furthermore, every Circuit Court except the 5th has ruled that the 2nd refers to an illogical and untenable "collective right" of the government to arm - the government! Even the US SC (whom I no longer trust to do the right thing) refused (probably a good thing considering the makeup of the present SC) to hear the Silviera appeal, and, thus, allowed 20% of the nation's citizens to lose their gun rights based on the rotten commie 9th Circuit's decision. For me, the sunsetting (or renewal)of this rotten ban will mark a turning point. If the former, I will retain some faith that there is still hope for the Republic; if the latter, I will take a long hard look at not just the RATs, but of the entire political spectrum. A renewal of this ban will be the end of my financial support of the Republican Party for starters.
Conversely, if you want off my ping-list, let me know.
And my apologies for any redundant pings.
BTTT!
I case you haven't heard about this yet...
The conspiracy theory is that a schoolyard massacre will happen with a mini-14 the day before the scheduled vote.
Sunset BTTT!
Sunset for the gun-grabbing politicians too!
They all suck. .....especially the two Rino co-sponsors DeSwine and Warner.
Oh, crap.
(begin message) This was my message to you: I would like to register my heartfelt and vigorous opposition to the renewal of the "Assault Weapons Ban" submitted by you as S.2498. Not only is this a frontal assault on the clearly numerated right of the People to keep and bear arms, it is difficult to understand what crime problem this is intended to address. Furthermore, in the ten years since this law was passed, exactly what effect did it have on the crime or murder rate? We believe the statistics show that it had NO effect. The right of responsible and law abiding people to keep and bear arms and their ability to defend themselves, if necessary, should be protected by our elected officials, not attacked.
This was your response.
Thank you for your recent letter. I appreciate hearing from you and welcome the opportunity to respond. During these very difficult times, all Americans support our armed forces and pray that they return home safely. We face significant challenges in Iraq and I hope that a stable and secure peace will emerge in the region. Please know that I heard you loud and clear. Thank you again for writing. I hope that you will continue to let me know of your views on the issues that are of importance to you. If I can be of further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact my Washington, D.C. office at (202) 224-3841. Sincerely yours, Dianne Feinstein United States Senator
Would you agree it makes no sense? For information, I support Pres. Bush's policies re Iraq.(end of message)
Bump
Socialists all. Let their constituents vote on a referendum (politician free vote), then compel them to represent their constiuents or be impeached.
