There's gotta be some way to work that into a tagline.

I find it hard to believe that a mans life is worth less to some people than their political views.

When is the last time a liberal had a good idea? They just live life disagreeing with great leaders.

It is interesting as it relates to business. I can sit in a business meeting and pick out the liberals in a matter of minutes based simply on how they react to initiative and change from the leaders. As I get to know the individuals more over time, it almost always bears out to be true.

Pretty sad really. To be able to pick out who has a Kerry sticker on their bumper based on how they act in a business meeting. I cherish the opportunity to have an individual thought...

"NEVER again will I stoop to listen or read on word chrisopher hitchens has to say."

Yeah, at first I was surprised at how he had no class at all, and sniped at Mr Reagan with his venom. But then I remembered how Hitchens went after Mel Gibson and his film, The Passion. Clearly, Hitchens is threatened by anyone who is a Christian and will do what he can to chip away at them in his rantings.

The 40th president is rightly remembered in tributes and praise for rebuilding both the economy and the nation's defenses, and doing both simultaneously. But before he could cut taxes, free the market or order a single bullet, bayonet or Pershing missile, he had to change calcified attitudes.

I feel the left will one day realize that the conservative idea is better for this country. That will be a great day in history, but I'm not holding my breath. </ sarcasm>

They are too stupid to realize the fact that individuals know how to spend their money better than large government.

Ted Rall, a syndicated cartoonist who only a month ago derided Pat Tillman as a "sap" and an "idiot" for giving up a pro football career and going to Afghanistan as a soldier, where he was killed, gloated over the Gipper's death: "I'm sure he's turning crispy brown right about now."

The liberals have been seething every since Reagan was in office. They have become more agressive and are on the verge of taking our country over if thwe Moderate to Conservative dont awaken and get their attention.
They are rabid in their ways and must be treated like a "Mad Dog".
America needs to understand the goal of the liberal is to rule like a dictator with no morals, values or hard fast rules. They have almost succeeded in getting rid of every code, value and symbol of what America was founded upon.

I read something in another thread that said in effect, (In the USSR) "the future is known, but the past is always in question." Or something like that.

In any case, it demonstrates the dimlibs' propensity to revise history. I have said for a long time that the main thing for which the dimlibs cannot forgive The Gipper is his single-handed vanquishing of the USSR, proving once again the folly of their twisted ambitions.

"One wonders how much her hatred of Ronald Reagan inspired Brazille to become more than she might otherwise have been."

I'd say it was the opposite, that her hatred of Reagan, and even more so, his policies, has held her back. She actually seems pretty sharp, too bad she's on the wrong side of the argument.

When Ronald Reagan came to office in 1981, the Soviet Union looked no worse than even money to win the Cold War.

Ronald Reagan's decision to defeat the USSR raised howls from the left. They all thought he was out of his mind. I was in the Army, statione with the 11th ACR in the Fulda Gap in the early eighties and would have been astounded to know that within a decade that threat would crumble and disappear. At the time we knew for sure that we were the only thing standing between the Russian Bear and the interior of Western Europe and it was indeed a sobering experience. Reagan gave us the backbone to stand in that gap knowing we had a man in the Whitehouse who would back us to the hilt, he is sorely missed.

Rest in peace Mr. President.

SCOUTS OUT!

the deficits were responsible for the economic problems which followed,

Reagen's deficits were simply the price of liberating Eastern Europe (and eventually, many more). This money, unlike the mega-billions spent by the liberals in the war on poverty, actually helped people.

What the Reagen deficits accomplished was simply the clearest victory in American policy since V-J Day.

Hitchens and his fellow travelers will never forgive Ronald Reagen for the conclusive ass-kicking (sorry, mom) he gave their ideologies. When you're a sophisticated intellectual and an amiable dunce kicks your ass in the largest argument in the politics of Western culture, you can never really recover your self-respect.

The old adage is so true: You can tell a lot about a man by the enemies he makes. What a tribute to Pres. Reagan that he can count these bits of worthless debris as enemies! They are beneath contempt.
