My Heroes Have Always Been Cowboys.
I'm reminded of a wonderful account that Luis Gonzelez gave us, during the 2000 Campaign.
"The old man's shirt reminded me of a similar event twenty some odd years ago, Ronald Reagan had made a stop in Orlando that campaign, and because of work and time constraints I missed him. That was my first major Presidential campaign, and with an awakening sense of conservatism, I was completely involved in the Great Motivator's campaign. I was a hard-core Reagan Republican then, I still am today. Twenty some odd years later the missed oportunity still bothers me, so not this time, I refused to let it happen again.

Knew you'd have a memorial thread, and came on line an hour ago to wait for it.
God bless you, President Ronald Reagan and Mrs. Nancy Reagan!

Don't allow the media to spin Reagans death as they did his life. Go to the FR Reagan Vigils post and pledge to organize or attend a vigil in your area.
