I'm heartsick, and yet glad for him that it's over.
Will America ever have another Reagan? God help us.

I apologized both in the forum as well as in E- mail.
Just was very upset and didn't bother looking up at whom the reply was directed at.

During his time on Earth, he proudly carried the light of liberty to lead millions out of the darkness of tyranny...

I thought I was prepared for this but I wasn't. Same here. I can't stop crying.

Reagan body was expected to be taken to his presidential library and museum in Simi Valley, Calif., and then flown to Washington to lie in state in the Capitol Rotunda. His funeral was expected to be at the National Cathedral, an event likely to draw world leaders. The body was to be returned to California for a sunset burial at his library.

I never had the opportunity to vote for him. I turned 18 in 1986...
The great man had died.
This is a very sad day for those American's who remember the great leadership that Ronald Reagan gave America as our 40th President.
God decided, it was time for Ronald Reagan to leave life here on Earth. His spirit will continue to live on in those of us who appreciated the great deeds he accomplished on behalf of all American's.
God Bless Ronald Reagan.

So true. An era never to be seen again. Our country's loss. Our party's loss. A man of moral courage, graciousness, firm, unwavering convictions. He is now touching the face of God. Goodbye, Mr. President. How I have dreaded this day.

Please send me a ping if Peggy Noonan's obituary of President Reagan is posted. She is usually pretty quick.

I feel like I just lost my dad again! What a symbol of the greatest generation passing....I wish W would give Reagan's speech at D-Day in Memorial. We all loved him so much and now we know how much.
Pray for W and Our Shining City on The Hill
