Ronald Reagan was the only President with the guts, smarts and perseverence to outsmart Communism.

Beautifully put. Also the president who, to an amazing degree, turned the direction of America from socialism back to capitalism and freedom. A truly great man.

Mr. President you will sorely missed on this earth, but you will be joyously welcomed in your new heavenly home. May the first words you hear from our Lord be: "well done, good and faithful servant." God please grant Nancy and family your peace and serenity at this moment.

"We'll never see his like again."

Never. The greatest leader in our lifetime.

I voted for President Reagan in 1980 and 1984, but I've only come to appreciate his greatness in the past decade. He was one of the best presidents our country ever had.

Goodbye, Mr. President.

Ouch, this hurts. I know that President Reagan was suffering and I sure it was taking a terrible toll on Nancy, but it still hurts and is a sad day.

I was just listening to NPR (so I can know what the enemy is up to)...

The spin is already starting.

One announcer referred to Ronald Reagan's crafting of "the so-called 'Reagan Revolution." Less than five minutes later another announcer said President Reagan "tried to make everyone believe that it was 'morning in America.'"

I DARE the liberals to smear Ronald Wilson Reagan in this election year. I double-dog dare them.

Certainly as far as the 20th century is concerned, Reagan was the best president by far... the best there ever was, the best there ever will be, unfortunately. The world is diminished with his passing but his legacy will shine like the shining city on a hill forever.

What else can be said of this beloved man?

Ronald Reagan was unquestionably one of our great American patriots and warriors for freedom.

We are blessed to have had him not only as the leader of the United States of America, but of the Free World.

I know it sounds like a cliche', but we should celebrate his life rather than mourn his death. He had an extraordinary life...long, heroic, filled with adventure, power and celebrity. He was a great man, a genuine visionary and hero. He was a true believer in freedom and the goodness of America. History will honor him.
