John Kerry consorted with Communists? But-but-but I thought Kerry was in Viet Nam to fight the war AGAINST the spread of Communism. Or maybe not. It is probably true he was a combatant in that conflict. It was just never clearly established to which side he owed his allegiance.

With 5 months left, and Kerry "not accepting" the Dim nomination, (for various and speculative reasons) I am starting to think Kerry will be ousted by the party who would nominate Alfred E. Newman, just to beat Bush.

I still see Hillary on the ticket, especially if GWB's numbers are roughly where they are now. Hillary cannot allow even the remotest possibility of a Kerry win without her on the ticket. If GWB's numbers show him unbeatable, Hillary can wait until 2008 and use Kerry as the throwaway-filler for 2004.
How is 2004 her only shot?
I can state with great confidence that nobody named Hillary is involved.
