Excellent idea. I'd love to hear what the liberals say about it.

"I'm finding myself flipping over to Imus while I'm eating my Cheerios...."

Me, too. I believe that 3 is too many for a real discussion (Brian, E.D, and Steve). They end up yelling trying to keep up with E.D.

You might be able to find a hotel next time that carries FNC, from this link.

However, there's often not one hotel in any given town that carries it.

A little more perspective: 280,000,000 or so Americans, 30,000,000 viewers among FNC, CNN, CBS, NBC, ABC, CNBC, etc. news programs. Last I heard, 20,000,000 people listen to Rush and Hannity during a given week.

FNC has achieved dominance in the cable news network because they have a monopoly on the conservative viewpoint (by the choice of their competition, not by any nefarious means). My estimate is that we conservatives are 30% to 50% of the news market. I suspect FNC could become the number 1 broadcast news network if they would put on a 30 minute version of Britt Hume's show at 6:30 pm EST. The conservative market is lucrative and waiting to be addressed. That is the lesson of FNC.

Darn monopolists.

I bet CNN is blowing the dust off The Sherman Act now.

Cool, I did a Nielsen diary for a week in that month.

I've got a strong stomach, but not that strong.

I'd rather hit my thumb with a hammer than watch that burnout.

BTW... Doocy Rules !!

I have opted out of ALL television newscasts, even local news. I get all the news of the day from the internet. I watch some news analysis on TV but only after I have carefully screened the subject matter and vetted the participants in the discussion.

I refuse to turn my mind over to TV anchor people and their producers anymore, or to pay any attention to their agendas.

I'm now much easier to live with.

I wonder if the man she married is a leftist who is influencing her.

I think she took a marked turn to the left after she returned from maternity leave. Perhaps she spent too much time at home with Mr. Hill.

Would like to know what's up with her Natalie Maines (Dixie Pig) mohawk hairstyle. Maybe the new mama just doesn't have time to fix her hair in the morning. Poor thang.

The first hour of FnF is good - E.D. usually isn't on. I actually watched the entire program while she was on leave.

Where do you get 30,000,000? There are only a few million watching any news shows. That means 99% of the population is doing something else.

Add all the viewers of all different networks and you get approximately 30,000,000 news viewers per day.
