He trashed the VietNam vets and called them murderers and rapists, and NOW he makes an appearance at the Memorial to their memories?? THIS MAKES ME WANT TO PUKE!!

Good for the young lady who told Kerry a thing or two. Perhaps Kerry didn't think anyone would be there at 5am to bother him.

You are absolutely right. That's one of the reasons I quote Patton at regular intervals. I do so again in my latest column, and give a link to the original version (different from the version delivered by Georege C. Scott in the movie, Patton). The movie version is sanitized a bit from the original. Patton was a master of nasty but inspirational use of the English language.

This is off the subject, BUT is anyone here watching the National Memorial Day Concert on PBS? I guess I'm a tad skeptical of the way they are showing all those who were injured in the IRAQ and AFG. war. They showed those who have lost limbs and so forth. Am I wrong? I was waiting for the MC to say it was all BUSH fault or something like that. Geez, I guess the mediawhores have completely turned me into a SKEPTIC...:(

My question was, when did John Effing take up interest in getting Bronson's name added to the wall. I certainly think Mr. Bronson's name belongs there. I have my doubts about the sincerity and alacrity of Kerry's efforts to "fight" to get it put there.

I was thinking that same thing today, while having private moments thinking about Memorial Day; and while trying to fight off the nightmares of what might happen this summer at the Dem convention: If Kerry bombs there, and if there is a draft Shrillary move, we have the very best information, in all of the Freeper threads through the past year or so, to fully expose her to the public. If Kerry becomes the nominee, we must highlight appearances such as this. However, beyond all of that, we are only preaching here to the choir, talking among ourselves as we do. Rather we must find a way to tell co-workers and the public we encounter what we have discovered as a group, since most of them probably do not 'belong' to sites such as Free Republic.
