The story is bogus, if you get hit hard enough to cause a black eye the swelling around your eye would be very noticeable, I see no difference in either side of her face.

Just an amateur form of fist sculpture at work IMO. I think her nose would look better lower on her face. Maybe her ear in her hand ? One mans art is another mans trash.......:o)
