That's a good point, Baynative. I'll have to reconsider just how stupid American are. After all, they keep electing the Kennedy's of the world as well. Too many of them to name.
Yes they are! Last Monday on Dayside, Ellen (?) was trying to excuse Kerry's disgusting statement about President Bush re "training wheels" .. and the audience would have none of it. The booing was so loud that Linda looked around at the audience and appeared to be quite surprised at the response. IT WAS AWESOME!! Ellen hemed and hawed, but the boos continued. Linda changed the subject.
This shows that there is hope for the next generation. They aren't all graduating as automatic Democrat interns.

The 'Rats aren't bothered by facts. They are counting on those who follow them blindly not to be bothered by facts either. Today's crop of young people are online, reading and sometimes writing blogs. Some of them actually know what's going on in the world and can actually see the forest for the trees.
Actually, you're fairly close in your assumptions. We are more of a 33-1/3% nation than we are 50% nation.
During the Revolutionary war, 33% wanted a new nation and were willing to fight for it; 33% wanted to stay connected to England or France, and didn't want to fight about independence; 33% didn't give a hoot either way.
I believe THESE 3 GROUPS ARE STILL ALIVE AND WELL and living in America.

You are exactly correct. And .. any legislation that Bush wants - the dems are against - even if they were for it previously .. and even if the legislation is necessary and good for America - like the Energy bill.
