On April 29, 2004, as a service and tribute to members of the World War II Generation, the National World War II Memorial opened for public viewing, exactly one month prior to the formal Dedication Ceremony taking place May 29, 2004. The World War II Memorial is the first national memorial dedicated to all who served during the Second World War. The memorial, established by the American Battle Monuments Commission, honors all military veterans of the war, the citizens on the home front, the nation at large, and the high moral purpose and idealism that motivated the nation's call to arms. The Second World War is the only 20th-century event commemorated on the Mall's central axis. (from www.wwiimemorial.com)
Don't forget that you can watch the dedication today!! God Bless all of our Veterans & Active Duty!!! |

You are on the right path.
You volunteered when you did not have to.
Thank You for carrying on the tradition.

I'm sure I can whip up some sort of bread that'll make ya happy. I'll even grind the flour for it! ;)
However, in the meantime, because you're not going to show up with that brisket anytime soon, I'm off to find food. I'll bbl!

It's about time MoJo got some love around this place for my driving abilities.
WOOHOO!!!
Let's borrow Ma's new car. She won't mind. It's just a lot of money spent. She told me it was made from a money tree or something like that. We haven't ran over any trees lately. So? There should be plenty of bucks coming from the buckaroo tree. Hehe!
