The FBI office in Denver has received 'numerous' calls about the seven people believed to be associated with Al Qaeda pictured Wednesday in the newspapers.
Samuel Mac, manager of the Denny's in Avon Co., said two men-he subsequently identified from their photographs as Adnan G. El Shukrijumah and Abderrauof Jdey-came into his Denny's which is just off Interstate 70, Wednesday about 8PM.
One ordered a chicken sandwich and a salad, the other just a salad, Mac said. They were demanding, rude and obnoxious, he said.
They said they were from Iran and were driving from New York to the West Coast.
Monique Kelso, spokswoman for the Denver FBI office said they had recieved at least a dozen calls about the pictures.

And he actually was able to identify them. I can't believe the FBI ignoring like this.

Maybe someone asked them. I asked one of my engineers yesterday in passing where he was originally from, and he is from Iran. He also reads FR so a big HI to him.

If the FBI has no reason to believe these critters are in the Denver area, wonder if they have some reason to believe they are elsewhere and if so where?

A good friend of mine in college was Iranian. He would call himself "Persian" if anybody asked. But you probably have a better relationship with your engineers than the manager has with a customer at Denny's.
One of the group of seven Ashcroft announced the government is looking for is American.
