He actually did accept the nomination before declining it. Then he accepted it.

That sound you heard was the sound of a trial balloon popping.

Of course, he still could change his mind and turn them down. Flip-Floppers are very consistent that way.

Heheheh.

He'd better, while he has the chance.

Hillary is still lurking. If GWB's polls fall much lower, she will be salivating and Kerry should be sweating.

No doubt Kerry is engaging in a bit of nobless oblige here. He's doing this for the little people.

This guy is amazingly like Clinton - always floating the "trial balloons" to see if they float or flop.

This behavior is scary! Remember the Haitian boat people who believed one of the balloons in 93? Or the change in the energy markets based on the threat of a BTU tax? It took that doofas 9 months to figure out that people actually believed he was going to follow through on these things when he floated them.

Any other business then politics (Democratic Politics) and this crap would be laughed out of town.

Only if Hillery says so, only if the beast speaks and gives her good to go.

Watch him "accept" but not "formally accept."

That sound you heard was the sound of a trial balloon popping.

Most trial balloons don’t do the damage this one did.

It made him look like a sleazeball.

It pissed off the hosts of his convention.

And it will make the buildup and post-coverage of his acceptance speech relentless comic fodder.

What a goofy assclown.

Either the DNC lawyers have found a way for him to accept the nomination and still avoid the $75 million post-convention spending limit, or they've decided to just spend what they want and have Tah-Ray-Zah cover the FEC fines by having the maids look under the couch cushions.

Actually, Kerry did not get the favorable response from the media elites that he had anticipated. A nasty jolt. He wanted to have his cake and eat it, too.

So now with Kerry accepting the nomination, the Clintons will work to sabotage his campaign so that he is not elected, thus elevating queen hillary for 2008?
