MYSTERY - UNUSUAL STATIC

WE HAVE BEEN EXPERIENCING UNUSUAL RADIO FREQUENCY STATIC ACROSS THE ENTIRE BANDWIDTH HERE IN SOUTH GEORGIA. AM FM TV ALL THE WAY UP THROUGH SHORT-WAVE. HAVE ANY OTHER LOCALS BEEN EXPERIENCING THE SAME DURING THE LAST HOUR - 12:30 PM EST THROUGH 1:30 PM EST? JUST CURIOUS.

Georgy Noory had a call from Washington state a few days ago from a guy who noticed that the was getting zapped by static electricity, even in humid conditions.
I'd noticed the same thing here in San Jose.
Space Aliens. That's my theory and I'm sticking to it.

Still four letters, but these days it seems to all be blamed on "BUSH...."
On another note, where are you located in correlation to the area where the G-8 summit is scheduled for June? Perhaps there is a little bit of a security "test...." If so, someone needs to find out whose side is doing the testing.
