President Bush spoke Monday to mark the 50th anniversary of the U.S. Supreme Court's Brown v. Board of Education of Topeka, Kansas, decision that ended racially segregated schools.

He greeted the fueling squadron on the way in, and greeted the Air National Guard troops on the way out of the airport at Topeka, Kansas.

I read something some time ago about WMD's. Some had been found, and it wasn't reported. I was wondering why. This article said it was because they had not found huge stockpiles they were discounting it. So this today might also "not count" with the liberal media. Where are the huge stockpiles they would ask.

I think if any at all are found it counts. They just haven't found where the rest is. And a bunch could be in Syria.

You know what really bothered me?

Fox News was the ONLY station carrying the finding of the WMD's.

I kept checking MSNBC, CNN, and even CNBC, to see if finding them turned around the market from the attacks over the weekend (it did!) but ONLY Fox News was covering it.

THIS MAKES ME CRAZY.

AND worse, Rush wasn't on today so I'm going to have to hear him tomorrow because Hedgecock covered it, a little but I want to hear Rush on this subject.

BTW, I also asked some Military friends if it had showed up on their news websites, and their reporting. NO.

Why did I bother asking?

Awwwwwww, a New York cat! That's so cute.

I'd like someone to give me a nice, friendly, trained pussycat. I just don't think I'm around during the day to train a kitten. Or a dog.

After I've moved, one of the first things I'm going to do is think about getting myself a pet. I left my pooch in NY with my Mom and Dad, and they're all gone. Left my "Sunshine" canary in Spain when I moved home.

I'm ready for a pet again.

With Microsoft Windows (grrrrr) giving me troubles, I was afraid I was going to have to use Netscape to send a "Help" FReepmail to one of the other permanent subs. I was having THAT much trouble.

Glad everybody enjoyed the pics of our VP. He's such a character study, I couldn't resist posting all of the pics I found of him. And of course, without the captions, they wouldn't have been as enjoyable.

Someone mentioned how happy the ladies looked when Dubya was standing with the ladies. Well, what I noticed was how happy HE looked!!!!
