my own opinion
"Is your name supposed to be "ditto head", or "didohead"? Me thinks you have a spelling problem, there, dude.
"
I think he was trying some mirth here. I believe this is a thinkly disguised attempt at dildohead.

PA diaperhead 4000.
I agree with you. on top of voting with the Dems more often than the Republicans, he will also have his face time. He will use it to go "bipartisan". He will give Collins, Snowe, McCain and other left leaning Republicans cover to vote against the president's nominees and proprosals. He has got to go.
Yep, hear that a lot around here. By the way, you dropped the "L" out of your name by mistake.
Ha, ha...got to the party late and I see all that needed to be said already has been...
But thanks for the ping!
Dido.
A musician.
STFU
Maybe he was trying for "dildohead."
You appear to be confident that that won't happen even if Specter is defeated. I'm not so sure, and I'm not so sure that if Hoeffle is elected with the help of Pennsylvania conservatives that he can be ousted in six years. Incumbents have a tremendous advantage.
My guess is that Specter will lose the race anyway, since conservatives will either vote for his opponent or withhold their vote. Without massive crossover support from Democrats, he's going to be in big trouble.
Does Moby have no imagination? Does he still think we fall for this?
Who r u relly?
Did you attend PION U?
Tell me! Tell me! I wanta be hip too :-)
Anyone seen Republicanwizard lately ? Hmmmmmmm.......
DG... major kudo's for publicly acknowledging the obvious logic that Badray (and others) have put forth for consideration. This is an incredibly important race with consequences that will be with us for 20-30 years. Those who have shown support for Hoeffel have not fallen off their rocker... to a person, they were strongly supporting Toomey in the PA primary, which was narrowly lost by Toomey based on a very late "get out the vote" effort on the part of Specter by Bush, Santorum, and surprise surprise... guess who else? Yup, New York democrats and Planned Parenthood. Those who vote straight Republican, without considering the facts and circumstances, make the same mistake we've long criticized those on the other side of the aisle. Simply put, what is the prize? What are we after? In PA, conservative Republicans must remain mindful that as chair of the Senate Judiciary Committee, Arlen Specter would have unbridled opportunity to block conservative judicial appointments. With the likelihood that there will be from 1-3 potential Supreme Court appointments in the next four years, can we possibly afford to have Arlen Specter in this role?
In closing, to reiterate an important point made by Badray, none of us who have been advocating Hoeffel believe that Hoeffel himself brings an ounce of good to the table. What he does do is PREVENT Arlen Specter from bellying back up to the table. To a person, we don't believe that the Senate Majority is in danger at this time; rather, we see the possibility of expansion. We also realize that if he were to succeed, Hoeffel would be running as an incumbent in 2010; this too would remain our responsibility, with 6 years to plan for his removal with a principled, conservative Republican. Remember, Arlen Specter is not principled, he is not conservative, and he's RINO (barely).
What you must keep in mind is that if we remove a 24 year incumbent, a 6 year incumbent shouldn't be as difficult.
I believe that the state and the country are both moving rightward, but it is necessary for us to put forth conservative candidates. If we put up weak kneed, spineless, gutless RINOs who are no different than Dems, the people will stay home.
If we purge the party and forsake size for principle -- and then actively demonstrate that principle means something -- we will quickly regain the size needed to maintain control of government.
As Toomey said, we conservatives have a once in a lifetime opportunity to govern and we are being obstructed by Specter and those like him. That Toomey lost hasn't changed our mission. We must remove Specter now before he can do more damage.
Okay, but I hope you guys know what you're doing. If we lose the Senate this fall, isn't Ted Kennedy the next Chairman of that committee?
