Did they innocently wander into that Baghdad-area jail after Friday prayers, or were these the types who turned minarets into snipers' nests?

Anyone happening to catch an episode of 'COPS' may be excused for wondering why German shepherds can be used to catch and detain alleged suspects in the US, but are verboten in Iraq. This handwringing over thugs is insane, and we've now let hundreds of them loose who will go right back to building bombs and slitting throats.

Capitol Hill news reported that the CIA had contracted with Helen Thomas for a new twist on torture, a video of her stripping. Those who had seen previews said "If this doesn't get them to talk, nothing will."
It is reported that the American Red Cross is seeking to prevent the new films use in interrogating prisoners as they say it clearly violates the Geneva Convention. Senator Kerry, who served in Vietnam said he was for the new video before he was against it. He said he may need to watch it a couple of more times before making a final decision.
If we fall it will be from The Net & TV.
Thank God none of it was available during WWII, or we would probably be speaking German or Japanese or both.
President Bush told us early on, this is a WAR and it won't be easy.

That's what all this is about, the dems, social independants, and Libertarians do not think terrorist are bad...These three groups do not think we are in a war. They want to equate our leadership with the enemy, and imply they are just as bad or worse.

Sleep deprivation
Solitaire for more than 30 days
Excessive physical stress for more than 45 minutes
etc.
The libs/dems have succeeded, with all their rants of the Iraqi Prison photos, of making this WoT even more PC. Now, the guards/interrogators have to play nice with the murdering terrorist Islamofanatical thugs.
[We should put Kennedy, Pellosi, HClinton, and a dozen or so other Congressidiots in cells with those prisoners for 24 hours.]
I suppose it is understandable, because the leftist-liberals have stripped authority and enforcement away from the US Law Enforcement environments.
Last week, I read one article that mentioned the Coalition guards have to use rubber bullets when guarding prisoners. [Some of these prisoners are the worst of the worst; of the caliber who butchered Nick Berg.]
Also last week, on one of the talk shows, a knowledgeable guest (author of related books on terrorism) said the guards were no longer allowed to 'hood' prisoners.
More and more PC crap. The terrorists are laughing their rears off. [And don't give me the 'we have a higher moral ground' PC-BS. That is going to get many, many more butchered, too.]
Check history. Count the number of great civilizations that were felled by barbarians.
We are not immume--especially as the WoT turns PC and there is a frightening possibility that John Kerry will be President January 20, 2005.
It's disgraceful what these prisoners had to go thru...
My suggestion is to, upon capture, force each captive to don a bright red shirt...And then take all of his bullets...And send 'em back home with that humiliating shirt on...
Our boys will be much safer knowing that when they see an enemy combatant in red, there will be no danger...The guy with the red shirt doesn't have any bullets...
Some of the citizens of the United States realize what is at stake and know that we must win if we are to survive.
A big portion of the citizens of the United States hate the way of life we enjoy. Their sole goal is the destruction of the United States and will aid anyone in that endevor.
Another goodly portion of the citizens of the United States only care about whai is in it for them[free medicine, free money, free food, free housing]. They do not care that the government must first steal from others in order to give it to them. As long as they get their freebies, a ball game, and alcohol and drugs do not care what happend to the welfare of the Nation.
This last group helps, by their stupidity the second group.What they do not realize that if the second group succeeds that they will take care of them but not in the way they expect.
If I was being interrogated and my interogator made me watch a video of Helen Thomas stripping and told me I was going to have to watch it until I told him what he wanted to know. My next words would be, "What do you want to know?"
Either that or Janet Reno and Barney Frank teamed up with Hillary Clinton. Imagine it. Janet, Barney and a guy.
They don't forget either, at least those not on drugs, but their goals are different. Many of them think America deserves to lose the war. They don't seem to understand that if America loses it then they lose also. They think they are Citizens Of The World who are automatically part of the ruling class when their hated homeland is overrun by the righteous repressed.
