Fantastic!
Thanks, folks!
I hate Code Pink with a passion. When I returned from Iraq to Walter Reed me and some other guys got out on the town and went sight seeing. We went walking behind the White House were a bunch of anti-war activist were doing there thing. Me and my fellow compatriots were injured in Iraq and were looking for a quick route around it. We started to cross the street but Code Pink was there filming, we tried to go around them but they cursed at us and one of them asked us if we were just getting back from Iraq. We ansered yes, then the old blonde lady asked if we were there to protest the war. We said know and in fact we support the war and we told them they didnt know the reality's on the ground the old blonde lady spouted "So you like killing children?", Which pissed us off. We said "f-u and your high and mighty superiority". The great thing though was a secret service agent(uniformed) guy was listening in and he called us over to him. He asked us if we really were vets from Iraq, we of course confirmed, he told us to hang on just a sec. The next thing we know we are getting an exclusive tour of the WhiteHouse by the Captain in charge of security, it was great to bad POTUS wasnt there at the time(although I had met him and Gen Shinseki a day before, the same day I arrived in country.
Honor Roll: BillF, bmwcyle, Jimmy Valentine's brother, Trueblackman, Kristinn and me.
BillF had his camera rolling and I did too, a little bit; but we were very busy shouting them down with chants and on-the-spot editorial comment about the leftist's true allegiances and true goals. I'll see what of my photos turn out, and post them soon.
Thank you StayAt HomeMother, for answering all of our disjointed phone calls. It's hard, I'm sure, to make sense out of our comments as we are breaking away from talking to you - to yell at the bloodthirsty America haters.
More soon, I have to finish making my daughter's celebratory dinner for her fantastic performance on her SATs - (1420, 710 each, not bragging, damn proud!)
Oh my! The DC Chapter strikes again! Way to go!
Thank you DC Chapter.
The next several months are going to be tough. Freepers are just gonna have to do more of this kind of stuff.
Will travel, I ain't takin' it anymore.
Jim, lets start thinking about having a major Ralley in DC BEFORE the election.
Blessings to you one and all. I smiled for the first time today.
Thanks for being the 'anchor' StayAt! "They also serve who only stand and wait!" Whoever wrote that was right on!
So are the looney leftists standing naked (please, no pictures) with sacks over their heads or something? These people are clueless.
Good FReeping, DC FReepers!
Congrats to "Daughter of"! You have a good one there.
WJLA-7 ran a fair and balanced report by Rebecca Cooper on their 11 p.m. news. The lefties were shown in front of Rumsfeld's home reenacting the photos and chanting "Stop the torture--fire Rumsfeld!"
One leftie woman said in an interview, "It's just not fair that he doesn't listen to us. We need to take our voice wherever it can be heard, however it can be heard."
The report switched over to the FReepers. Yours truly was shown yelling at a Code Pinko, "You do not care about Iraqi women..."
TgslTakoma, with Trueblackman beside her, was shown holding the "We Support SecDef Rumsfeld" sign.
They then cut to a snippet of the interview I did with Ms. Cooper, "These people are completely silent when it comes to the atrocities that Al-Qaeda does. They always demonstrate against this country, never against the terrorists."
In the background of the interview, our chant of "Swim to Cuba! Swimmm to Cubaaa!" could be heard loud and clear.
I wonder what the protesters reaction would be if a counter protester walked around with a fake head and terrorist clothing....
Let me get this straight. The left is reenacting the Iraqi abuses? Sounds like a typical Saturday night for them.
Wow. Great work, DC FReepers. Rummy is in Baghdad and Freepers got his back in DC. LOL
BTTT!
Way to go, you guys!
You go guys/girls!
GREAT job DC folks.....ALmost didn't vote on the FR sidebar question regarding Rummy.....there was no "Hail NO"!
