Post 376 was an error. It is established that it was NOT Berg on the bridge. A college prof at Baghdad U was also decapitated about the same time and dumped, it may be him. Berg was dumped OFF a highway overpass.
Thanks for posting that link. It seems to be an edited version without the reference that FReepers are talking about with the father claiming Nick "was their best friend".
I was hoping to read or hear that specifically but if he said that it's probably lost to the universe at this point.

The co-pilot who died in the crash of Sen. Paul Wellstone's plane played a minor role in the case of Zacarias Moussaoui, the alleged Sept. 11 conspirator who briefly attended an Eagan, Minn., flight school.
Co-pilot Michael Guess, a 1997 graduate of the UND flight school, had performed administrative work at the Pan Am International Flight Academy last year as he continued accumulating flying hours. There he met Moussaoui, the school's most infamous student.
Two former Pan Am program managers who tipped the FBI to Moussaoui's suspicious behavior at the school in August 2001 told the Star Tribune that Guess inadvertently gave Moussaoui unattended access to a computer program on flying a 747 jumbo jet.

I think you are right. As a matter of fact, the first person I heard speak of Nick Berg was one of his high school teachers. This was the morning after the video was released. He said that Nick always seemed to question how things he was taught about could help benefit the world. Then he went on to say that in killing Nick Berg that the Iraqi people had killed their best friend.

Now, if you are saying that they knew he was because of this unfortunate connection to Moussaoui, then I can go with that. But right now there is zero evidence OTHER than this password use(and we don't know if they ever met) that he is other than what people are saying.

because right now, we have a bunch of people that went from incredibly angry to friggin gumshoe-mode and seem willing to think this kid either wasn't in the video or that he was a terrorist-sympathizer.
Because LOTS of terrorist sympathizers take their prayer shawls with them and wear a yarmulke.

#1 - his father's very strange comments that his best friends killed him. I don't care how you spin that. Somebody saws my son's head off, no way I call them a best friend.
#2 - the guy gets killed by the same terrorists that he had a coincidental connection to on 9/11.
#3 - the guy goes to Iraq without a job. Comes home. Goes back. Makes strange comments about Iran and a pipe bomb.
#4 - we have made it clear we are clearly speculating. No on is trying to besmirch his memory and I've said on previous posts that regardless of his connection or NOT to these subhumans, his death is one of the worst kinds of deaths I have ever heard of. No one does anything to deserve to die like that.
It's not him so the point of re-dressing him is irrelevant.
