I agree with you about the leaking. But I don't think Gen. Taguba is to blame for that. Unless someone can provide evidence otherwise, I think Taguba was simply doing his job. A hell of a thing to be blamed for (#15).

If we unilaterally pulled out of Iraq - appearing to "give in", move all of our people, both military and civilian out of Iraq, then wait about 24 hours from the last departures and flatten the entire country with some of our "spare" thermonuclear weapons, I would not feel remorse. If a few were to go "off course" and strike a few "holy sites", oh well...

It's beyond time for REAL action. As long as Islam is allowed to spread, it will continue to kill - just like a cancer. What's the only cure known for cancer? To cut it out/destroy it. Until we realize that is the only solution, we are going to continue to feel the pain inflicted by this worldwide cancer.

As someone posted earlier, the RATS gave MG Taguba several chances to blame the POTUS and SecDef for Abu-Ghraib and he didn't do it. MG Taguba said the lack of discipline was at "battalion level and below".

I still wanna know how a member of the senate armed services comittee can bost on live TV that basically she knew more about the Taguba report than the SecDef did and EVERYONE in the media lets it slide? Especially since this certain senator has a penchant for having billing records and FBI files show up in her poesession when they aren't supposed to.
