Didn't have time to read all the thread. Being of the wise and conservative thinking types, is it safe to assume that someone has noted that Al Quaeda killed this young man in IRAQ.. Even though we are constantly told by the media that Iraq has nothing to do with the WOT. There is no Iraq / AQ connection.

Same here. I'm bothered enough when I remember that execution of a someone in Vietnam...I'm sure everyone knows the one...the the gun is pointed point blank at someone's head. Unfortunately I did see that footage when I was younger and it still bothers me.

This sounds much more brutal and graphic and the sounds that accompany it would, no doubt, haunt me.

Islam needs to go through a reformation movement. If peaceful muslims deny any ties to radical Islam then they should have no problems with the total eradication of radical Islam.

Muslim nations must also show good faith in human rights by permitting the public exercise of any religious faith and the free and open conversions of muslims to other faiths (without a death threat hanging over their heads).

Things have been ramping up and I believe that they will get much worse before they get better.

If he's angry the public knows his son has been decapitated, sounds like his foundation HAS been shaken.

The question now is: which way will he turn?

I predict he'll stay with the enemy. His actions (being part of ANSWER, federal court procedings, stuff like that) made his son a target for investigation and delayed his return from Iraq. On some level he knows that.

The "abuse" in the prison was all psyops in my opinion. Those pictures are all over the internet because somebody wanted them seen. Death means nothing to them, they seek and rejoice in it. Making them look like cowards will scare more of them out of the ranks of Jihad than death.

This death is far slower and more painful than the bullet when that man is executed. Also there is sound of his dying screams of agony.
