"If a horrific act like this does not shake his dad's foundation and cause him to question his understanding of the situation, little else will."

If he's angry the public knows his son has been decapitated, sounds like his foundation HAS been shaken.

The question now is: which way will he turn?

I predict he'll stay with the enemy. His actions (being part of ANSWER, federal court procedings, stuff like that) made his son a target for investigation and delayed his return from Iraq. On some level he knows that.

The guilt must be overwhelimg. To counter it, he'll pull a Michael Moore or Scott Ritter.

From what I have read so far about this guy and his father they are both seditious and stupid.

Liberals take note:

For those who missed Michael Moore's recent bit of aid and comfort. He says that the Iraqis are not "terrorists" or "the Enemy". He also says that they WILL win and basically that we deserve to lose.

Michael Moore: Iraqi terrorists are "minutemen", American troops must shed blood

The Iraqis who have risen up against the occupation are not "insurgents" or "terrorists" or "The Enemy." They are the REVOLUTION, the Minutemen, and their numbers will grow -- and they will win. Get it, Mr. Bush?

[snip]

I oppose the U.N. or anyone else risking the lives of their citizens to extract us from our debacle. I'm sorry, but the majority of Americans supported this war once it began and, sadly, that majority must now sacrifice their children until enough blood has been let that maybe -- just maybe -- God and the Iraqi people will forgive us in the end.
