We should encourage more Democrats to go on fact-finding missions into Ansar al-Islam territory. They'll get to meet their friends and allies, they can get to know each other better, they'll get to feel each other's pain, they will for a while get to exchange Bush jokes and demand Rummy's ouster as one cohesive unit. We could tell the Democrats they'll get - pardon me for being crude here- more 'face-time' in the media that way even if it just turns out to be little more than a home video by one of their Arabic-speaking pals. Starring in their own video will draw lots of hits on the net and get their message out loud and clear- perfect for any attention-seeking liberal. And best of all, it couldn't happen to a more deserving bunch.

No, the world's not there (yet), not even the American people are there. However, if the average moslem in the street doesn't clearly and distincly disassociate him or herself from the entire ideology of jihad and refusal to accept that the world will not now or ever be run by Islam, then eventually, it will come down to eliminating the Moslems. Fortunately for archeologists, we can eliminate the people without destroying to much of the historical heritage. We should give each moslem the choice: abjur Islam and be free, abjur violence completely but not Islam, and be allowed to go about your business without arms of any kind, or die.

I want the press to show the video of this horrible beheading every time they show pictures of the prisoner abuse and let them try and explain why the prisoner abuse is so much worse.
