Ladies and gentlemen: Everything you need to know about the Ohio Democratic Party, in one headline.
To: yankeedame
He is fast talking, questionable morals, sleazy, and looks good on TV. Yes he is the perfect rat.

Jerry, Jerry, Jerry!

Just think about the damage it's doing to our image around the world,
The "damage" is nothing compared to what Springer and his ilk have done...

Sometime you just have to regret being on a ping list....like when you get a ping to a Springer story.....LOL!
This is a great example of just how lame the Ohio Democratic Party has become in recent years.
btw, I got a notice in the mail courtesy of my RINO govenor, Bobby "Tax Em" Taft. Seems Bobby wants me to pay an addition $494 dollars in taxes on a Polaris quad (700 Sportsman) I bought last year. Wants me to provide my tax return, and explain how I use my quad to enhance my property.
Lord how I despise Bobby Taft...but I will provide the documentation showing I use this quad primarily for "fence inspection / repair" and field maintenance, not to mention spraying and bushhoggin, and for wood splitting.
Its because of RINO's like Taft this state has a problem with unemployment, job creation, and getting new businesses to open here. Not President Bush. I just wish Dubya would say it plainly, instead of being nice to this RINO.

Springer, who aborted a run for the U.S. Senate last year but who has hinted interest in the 2006 governor's race...
Will he have some bald guy named Steve as his Lieutenant Guv?

Today on Springer - Fat white trailer-trash woman confronts her father's transgendered black lover for breaking up their happy family; transgendered white trailer-trash prostitute confesses that she is really a man; former alleged lesbian First Lady confesses that she is really a transgendered white trailer-trash prostitute... and a myriad of other fascinating vignettes and tawdry morality plays designed to assure all those couch potato viewers out in Springerland that there really are people more screwed up than their families...

The only way to send a message to the rest of the world that Americans emphatically reject the humiliating abuse of Iraqi prisoners is to elect John F. Kerry as president, Sen. John Edwards told Ohio Democrats That's officially the screwiest reason for electing a president I've ever heard.

Also because he has to mind everyone's business and when he tries to "help", he usually makes things worse. Yep, the perfect rat.
Of course, he has Steve (Wilkos), who has very little to say but makes sense when he says it, and ends up cleaning up after the Democrats (Jerry and his "guests") quite effectively. He's also ex military and ex(?) Chicago PD. He's the Republican. >:)

Unfortunately, there isn't a viable Third Party here, or anywhere else for that matter, which just compounds what you noted in your post.
I know some libertarians here....to wrapped up in the small issue stuff to be effective in a statewide, or even county wide, campaign.

I think so. I think he lost Mayor of Cincinatti cuz he employed a couple of hookers, and paid with a check.

Jerry! Jerry!
Used to watch him on my lunch hour during law school.
He started like Donahue, with various topics, some serious, some not. Then went to two basic ideas, basically a KKK or neonazi show, or some kind of goofy love triangle show.
Then, it just became a goofy triangle, quadrangle, octagon show based on characters from your nearest trailer park. Haven't seen it in years.
Even if it was fake, like wrestling, there were still some pretty pathetic characters with missing teefuses and bad grammar.
P.S. I did not to mean imply that Mexican wrestling is fake.
