He is fast talking, questionable morals, sleazy, and looks good on TV. Yes he is the perfect rat.Also because he has to mind everyone's business and when he tries to "help", he usually makes things worse. Yep, the perfect rat.
Of course, he has Steve (Wilkos), who has very little to say but makes sense when he says it, and ends up cleaning up after the Democrats (Jerry and his "guests") quite effectively. He's also ex military and ex(?) Chicago PD. He's the Republican. >:)
