Poor Johnnyboy. Between SOB secret service agents who keep tripping him on snowboard or bicycle and overzealous speech-writers who put words in his mouth, poor Johnnnyboy is having a difficult time.
Just imagine, if he has this much trouble with SS agents and speech-writers, what kind of trouble would he have with foreign leaders, opposition leaders, etc. Maybe being President would be too tough on poor Johnnyboy. After all, who could he blame for all his ills?

When you have as big a mouth as John F-ing Kerry, it is real easy to put words in it. Too bad he does not have a brain to go along with his mouth.

I
believe am positive this exact article was posted yesterday from the Chicago Sun-Times.
The one 'problem' with Mark Steyn is that he's syndicated to a gazillion newspapers and his 'current article' just keeps getting republished - all on different days.

"You know, I called a couple of times to overzealous speechwriters and said 'Look, that's not what I'm saying.'"I don't suppose it occurred to Kerry not to say something just because his overzealous speechwriters wrote it for him.
Does he think before he speaks?
Evidently it didn't occur to him not to "commit atrocities" in Viet Nam until after he had already committed a few--according to what he later said. I don't suppose it occurred to him not to commit an atrocity just because somebody told him to.
Does he think before he acts?

John Kerry worked with Jane Fonda and other leftists to defeat U.S. efforts in Vietnam. For such help to the enemy, he won the praise of their top military leader, Gen. Giap of North Vietnam. "Benedict Arnold" is a term he should reserve for himself.

But don't forget: Kerry's act is not lost on Hillary, watching from the wings, and she's a helluva lot smarter than he is.

John Kerry knows a thing or two about Benedict Arnold. After all he also fought in a war and was considered a hero to both sides of the conflict.
