Thats what was so very bizzare about last weeks Rumsfeld inquisition. This wasn't "new news".

Absolutely correct. This is a Military Matter. There are Military points. There were "admissions of guilt" right in the report. It was NOT a speculative report but a "Condemnation" Report.

That's why I've said I want to know what the letter said.
The only way it matters is if there is a graphic description or example of what kind of activities the nephew engaged in supposedly at the behest of his higher ups (as his story goes). If they were informed of unique information and disregarded---or more likely, if all dems, gathered together to plan to use this tidbit against the administration by eventually painting it as sanctioned behavior by the chain of command---then this doesn't mean anything.
It does not explain why Hackworth felt it necessary to facilitate getting photos to CBS....
