My sense of the evil in that room is, I think, real.
God alone can protect this administration fromt he evil being perpetrated upon them from the enemies abroad, and the enemies at home.
Evil is evil. The deeds are different, but the sin is there all the same.
Please LORD, surround Donald Rumsfeld and President Bush with your angels, so that the arrows of the evil one being shot at them today are turned away.

She's on CSPAN saying that she questions whether Rumsfeld can remain at DOD.
To: Howlin
Using her muted voice today trying to sound statesman like, but I know how her strident one sounds.

Dayton way overruning his time..
Man oh man the left is working overtime to undermine our efforts in Iraq. This turncoat "Senator Dayton" should be keel hauled for his disregard of the safety of our troops locked in combat with a fanatical enemy

I am sending Dayton a FAX as we speak telling him "it is 'antithetical' to put our trrops in harms way, unless you are a Democrat. And, when terrorists hit again, I will blame the Media and Democrats."
I'm rather pissed, shall we say....now I have GOT TO GET TO WORK!!!

A real lightweight who doesn't understand the meaning of the word surpress versus delay.
You're right - - - "delay" means to "suppress" for a certain period of time.

Peter Jennings reported that poll before signing off coverage earlier...that the vast majority of Americans do not think Rumsfeld should resign.

Reality Check: Rummy let this happen and picked the road as things unfolded. We ALL knew about this in January.
He WANTED to get to this meeting because they're going to release NEW PICTURES and the first ones are apparently much milder. It's called, let me look at each of you in the eyes as you question me.
Was Hillary's blunder "the eye that blinked". (She's on the Armed Services Committee).

Thanks for the fax #; Here's what I sent to Lieberman:
Dear Senator,
As a staunch patriot and committed supporter of our current Administration and of all that is still good in this nation under God, I must applaud your courageous comments today in the Rumsfeld hearings. I must admit I am surprised and even skeptical of your motives, but very impressed that you put the War on Terror into proper perspective with your comments about 9/11 and the lack of apologies from our enemies, etc. Prisoner abuse is un-American and should never be tolerated, but neither should this issue be blown out of perspective (which it has to the detriment of our military safety). If we make a mistake we must acknowledge it, correct it, and move forward, not back down. America must maintain strength, not weakness, towards our enemies.
You acted today in stark contrast to the rest of your party, which seems intent upon abusing this (and every) tragedy as an opportunity for political attack and selfish attempt to (re)gain political power at the jeopardy of American life and national security.
Ill be watching, Senator, to see if your future actions are consistent with those I was so very encouraged by today.
Sincerely,

"Suppress" is different from "delay"
GOOD POINT. To "delay" release of the pictures is to "suppress" them for a certain period of time.

Hitlery: Question of troop strength that many of us thought was needed but was never provided for.
The payment of Iraq and Afghanistan being put off unrealistically that is now being asked for supplementally.
So there is a series of mis-steps by the administration.
We have questions about the competence of the administration.

"And BTW I sort of like Jews who look out for Israel. I don't see them as "moles" and think that whole line of thinking is bigoted."Maybe, maybe not:
How do you feel about Jonathan Pollard?
Was he just "looking out for Israel?"
