Tonight on Hannity & Colmes, I think I watched a LT violate Article 88 of the Manual For Courts-Martial. That "officer" did on 4 May 2004, on international television used contemptous words, in a contemptous manner, against the Vice-President ....

His comments against the VP were in violation .... I believe he also violated Article 80 (Attempts against the President) and Article 133 (Conduct unbecoming ....)

And to think we used to hail officers that committed the same violations when it was aimed at the last Commander in Chief.

He said that the "VP was making money on the Iraq war" .... plus he was openly critical of official policy and planning.

Anything goes now. How can he be prosecuted, without prosecuting Kerry and others?

I thought his comment was "....Rumsfelds made enough money on this war....." but I may be wrong. I'll watch the repeat of H&C later on this morning at 3am. (or 2am?). In any case this DemocRAT shill should pay the penalty for spewing such dishonest hogwash against the administration. Sounds like he got his talking points from Mcauliffe/DNC

His career is over.
The military will take of him and it will have nothing to do with politics.
Maybe thats what he wanted anyway. Wimp!

Isn't he the same goon that gave the Democrat response to the President's Satuday radio address? If he is still in the service, he should be in serious trouble.
To: BykrBayb
It depends whether he is still on federal duty or not. If he is on federal duty, he would still be subject to the UCMJ & MCM. If not, the state guards have their own rules, and he may get away with what he just did. Kerry would not be subject to the UCMJ.
