Along with his drinking buddy Kennedy, he engineered "The Big Dig" for a $2 Billion piece of pork for Boston, Ma. Of course there is a slight budget underestimate of $15 Billion based on the "over run".
How will the man ever manage the US Budget - Bush's problematical forecast will look like chicken feed once (IF) Kerry gets to sign off for his political buddies.

But his butler-buddy said in the puff article in the NY Times a day or so ago that he got the Dodge when Kerry bought a 2002 Chrysler. So butler-buddy has the car Kerry does/doesn't have and Kerry has a Chrysler he forgot he does have.
Dear God: save us from 4 years of "it depends on what the definition of is is."
