and this is further proof that Kery is gonna lose big in Nov..about 25% of the Dems are hard core, likethis, about 50% are pacifistic..want the troops home yesterday...and as Kerry's numbers worsen more of them are gonna vote for Nader...Wait tillthe Dem convention...Kucinich is going to DEMAND a prime time slot....they'll probably refuse him, and Nader will go bonkers...

Hard Hats v. Hippies 1970 NYC....in 1970 I was a hard hat who looked like a hippie, in NYC...I was putting myself through school. I worked with a bunch of WW2 guys who were then in their 40s, younger than I am now. I took a lot of crap but gave it back too, and I did my own work. Finally I ran into a guy who knew my family and me. He smoothed the waters and the older guys kind of adopted me. It was a weird time to say the least.
