Kerry melt-down following Gibson GMA interview

Peter Jennings just ran a piece on Kerry's Vietnam history. Included in the piece was a bit of video after this morning's interview with Charlie Gibson. Kerry (thinking he was off-camera) ripped out his earpiece, and said "I feel like they're doing the work of the Republican National Committee."

Once again, the left creates a straw man Conservative by distorting our position (because they have no answers for our real objections) and vigorously attacks it.

True, of course, but it will only work with about 35% percent of the public. These are more serious times than when Clinton was telling his whoopers and the economy was believed to be booming because of him (not by us but by many). The public is less tolerant of a buffon right now, and Kerry is making himself a joke like Dean did.

I keep thinking back to Kerry's appearance on Leno back in the summer of 2003, when he was given an oil-free tooling by that insult dog puppet ("The poop I left on the dressing room floor is generating more heat than Kerry!") and then rode out on stage on his Harley. He showed himself to be a total assclown that night.

Even if kerry does manage to flip flop through it, they know that he won't win, opening the door wide for her/it in '08. Win win situation for her heneious either way.
