True, of course, but it will only work with about 35% percent of the public. These are more serious times than when Clinton was telling his whoopers and the economy was believed to be booming because of him (not by us but by many). The public is less tolerant of a buffon right now, and Kerry is making himself a joke like Dean did.

The public is less tolerant of a buffon right now, and Kerry is making himself a joke like Dean did.I keep thinking back to Kerry's appearance on Leno back in the summer of 2003, when he was given an oil-free tooling by that insult dog puppet ("The poop I left on the dressing room floor is generating more heat than Kerry!") and then rode out on stage on his Harley. He showed himself to be a total assclown that night.
