Mexican health authorities have declared a state of national alert due to
an outbreak of 59 cases of measles in the central part of the country. They
have also announced a vaccination campaign in the whole territory aimed at
preventing the propagation of the disease.

Re- Mexico declaring a state of alert regarding 59 cases of measles? Does that truly make any sense? When I was growing up, everyone got measles at one time or another. At times, large numbers of children were out of school at the same time. 59 cases seems rather minor.
