Interesting that she would put it that way. She is trying to sound like she supports abortion but doesn't support it.
Interestingly, when polled with the question: "Should would be able to have abortions?" a majority of women say yes.
But when you ask, "Should women be able to use abortion as a form of birth control?", the majority say no. Similarly when asked, "Should a 13 year old girl be able to get an abortion without the consent of her parents?", a vast majority also say no.
