U.N. Report: Anthrax, VX Nerve Gas, Missles Missing in Iraq
http://www.hk94.com/weblog/?p=68 Professor Hans Blix, leader of the U.N. weapons inspector teams has released an initial report detailing Iraqs weapons of mass destruction programs.
VX nerve gas is missing and unaccounted for by the Iraqis. The report details a smoking gun Iraqi Air Force document. The document indicates that 13,000 chemical bombs were dropped by the Iraqi Air Force between 1983 and 1988, while Iraq has declared that 19,500 bombs were consumed during this period. Thus there is a discrepancy of 6,500 bombs. The amount of chemical agent in these bombs would be in the order of about 1,000 tonnes. In the absence of evidence to the contrary, we must assume these quantities are now unaccounted for.

they also talk about stuff no one else will touch, so where are you supposed to get that kind of information, from CNN?
To: oceanview

Notice how this whole Jordan story is totally buried by the media?Did something happen to Michael Jordan? I hate the way the elite media is so jealous of his success and won't give him ink space anymore!

he's spotty, but I have heard him talk about stuff in advance of it making the news. look, the basic thesis is certainly something everyone knows is right - the stuff for the Jordan attack, where else could it have come from, who produced it? It must be Iraq.
To: Spotsy
Loftis has been known to report rumors before, but this sounds like confirmed info.

This can't be true!

Good catch.

I recall a lot of speculation here last year, that while the UN was stalling around about the Iraq war, Saddam was moving WMD and CBW to Syria.
I guess it's turning up now...
To: playball0
It makes perfect sense to me that Saddam's prized WMD would end up in "friendly" hands, most likely their Baathist "brothers" in Syria, and that Syria could permit these weapons to be deployed by al-queada. We should at once deliver an ultimatum to Syria that they first, turn over all WMD to the USA, and second, cooperate with unlimited inspection for WMD by the USA, or the USA will within five days declare war on Syria, period, end of story.

but how do you prove it? the only way is if Assad admits to it, like Quaddafi. then its game, set, match for Bush. but how do we get Assad to do this?
