[history]
Former acting FBI Director Thomas J. Pickard told the September 11 commission in a private interview earlier this year that he was surprised that Jamie S. Gorelick is serving on the panel because she had played a key role in setting the very counterterrorism policies being investigated.

From FoxNews Channel - Hannity and Colmes 4-14-2004
Dick Morris: This woman [Gorelick] is bad news. She RAN the Justice Department for three years. Reno was a FIGUREHEAD during that period. And it was her invention to setup this WALL separating investigators from intelligence gatherers. So when Zacharias Moussaui was arrested in Minneapolis for taking flight lessons, I write about this in "Off with Their Heads", the prosecutors were going after him on an immigration violation. And they couldn't let the intelligence types look at his computer, which had the NAMES and the FLIGHT SCHOOLS of the 9/11 hijackers, listed there.
And then the Supreme Court ruled that Gorelick's rule, was unnecessary. They overturned it. So THIS woman is MORE responsible than ANYBODY for 9/11 going undetected.
Alan Colmes: ...[but] she DID recuse herself from cross-examining some of the law enforcement and intelligence officials...
Morris: I want to repeat what I just said. Of ALL of the public officials in the Clinton administration, and the Bush administration, the ONE who is MOST directly responsible, in my judgement, for 9/11 happening, is Jamie Gorelick.
Colmes: You like pointing fingers, huh.
Sean Hannity: We ought to put HER under oath. THAT'S what ought to happen!
Morris: That WALL of separation was SO DESTRUCTIVE.

Gore Lick (should be called Clint Lick) is Bilk Linton's plant on the commish. This is how he does things. He always makes sure the investigative and enforcement decks are stacked in his favor.
Why this time? So his "legacy" would not be sullied by culpability in the runup to 9/11. He's very meticulous; and he could not have made a more shrewd choice than Gore Lick. It keeps him on the offensive and prevents her from having to testify.

So, Clinton's Deputy Director of the FBI lays the wall at Jamie Gorelicks feet...................if she won't resign, she needs to be called to testify UNDER OATH , as a sitting commissioner. I will be calling Capitol Hill in the morning.

As far as Gore-Lick is concerned, you need a wall between the FBI and CIA but sitting on a commission that is investigating your own policies is perfectly fine.

"Despite expression of these concerns by FBI executive management, Attorney General Reno and her Deputy Jamie Gorelick believed that a law enforcement approach was appropriate," the notes say.
The more I read of this $hit, the more my blood boils!
Gorelick and Reno were practically joined at the hip....
partners in crime, if you will.
TOGETHER, according to Clinton's #2 at FBI, Reno and Gorelick
pursued the "law enforcement" approach to terrorism,
and it was, as we all now know, the WRONG approach.
The idea that the infirm Reno would be called as a witness,
while her Deputy Attorney General SITS ON THE COMMISSION
tasked with investigating the causes of 911, is ludicrous on it's face!
What's more, the politicians, bureacrats and lawyers
that make up the rest of the commission should be
embarrassed for allowing such a glaring conflict to have ever existed
in the first place.

"Look: In my view, if we could have lowered that wall sooner, we should have," she told Mr. Matthews. But that was not what she was saying around the time she wrote her memo. This sickening liar Gorelick aided and abetted the terrorist murder of 3,000 American citizens.
SO, WHEN WILL SHE TESTIFY IN PUBLIC HEARINGS BEFORE THE COMMISSION???

President Bush is going to win re-election, even without the help of you KNOW NOTHINGS.

Calm down Mama, this is the Clinton's play book in action. Always in your face as though there's nothing we can do about it.

Hey,I'll join you, in that scream...it's driving me crazy too.
Were you in on Howlin's and my way to save one's T.V./radio from utter destruction, when the Clintons were besmirching the White House? It works today, with this stuff too.Whenever someone horrible comes on, or something awful is said, arm yourself with a bunch of small, soft pillows/beanbags or rubber tipped darts and let fly. Of course, you can also scream too. :-)
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrg!

But, that's just it, it seems like there IS nothing we can do about it.

That is the only question one should put to the Commission follwed by "why not" if they state that she will not testify.
If she is forced to testify she will have to resign.
And what possible reasons could anyone give for not having the #2 person at DOJ during the critical time period not testifying?
