"It's really just a coincidence that my name is GoreLick."

Actually, she shortened her name.

It was originally Gorelicker.

"We love Gorelick. She is aptly named, you know.
Also, she taught us how to lie.
And you know what?
If WE had a copy of her book "Destruction of Evidence"
we NEVER NEVER could have gotten fired.

Gorelick: "In my experience, what you peasants simply do not understand
is that our subjects only needed the following
to get through the Wall which I constructed for President Clinton
during his wonderful eight year rule."

The artist should've shown the "unattended" jalopy going over a cliff.

Glad you liked the pic! The automobile of war policy wasn't totally unattended, though. After Hitler's invasion of Czechoslovakia, Churchill and FDR were able to get it back under control and headed toward victory.

9/11 was our generation's Czechoslovakia. I won't compare it to Pearl Harbor since the Japanese attacked our military, not specifically our civilians. That makes 9/11 1,000 times worse. It also makes unscrupulous critics of the war all the more heineious. (Dissent is OK, but not the lies...)

But our enemies figured out that if they hid behind international organizations it would confuse the hell out of our dimwitted, liberal publics. Like Bush says, it's a war like none before.

Regarding the "wall" and the Gorelick memo, The pendulum of American opinion will swing back the other way on these issues when we've won the terror war -- that is if we cut off immigration now and really take out our enemies instead of bickering over how to reduce their anger.

The Patriot acts deserve a sunset clause. We can always do better again later.

Jamie Gorelick: "Yes, it's true, I build The Wall, and believe me, I had to keep my fingers
in more than one dyke to keep them from leaking but of course, I didn't mind. It was my job."
