I'm all for passage of Dru's Law. We'd have to do it on a state and federal level. But we can do it so this never happens to another parent's child.

We should bring back the public gallows.
My trees aren't bg enough, and I don't own a hores; but I'd be happy to contribute the rope. And even toss in a shovel to help dig the hole.

This is
COOL! It tickles me knowing there is someone who is the same page as I and has already taken steps to make it a reality in Washington state.
Thanks!

He gets three shots, I believe he has dual citizenship, Mexican and US, so the International Court of Justice in the Hague also has jurisdiction. No question that they will find some reason call for a retrial if he is convicted. Are you sure this guy is a dual citizen? His mother lives here and he has been in a US prison for years. I also think he might have other family members in the US too.

Rodriguez is a level three offender, riddle me this if he was incapable of rehab and he was labeled level three why wasn't he killed by the Minnesota authorities. Because they feel his pain and don't have the death penalty no matter what. Put up a few tents run razor wire around it and lock these POS up for ever.............or admit that we don't really care about our wives and daughters.

Judging puts you on God's level. Do you really want to say this?

Yes, if I remember correctly, Alice Donovan and Samantha Burns
are both known to be victims of the same 2-man crime spree
back in November of 2002, but neither body as ever been found.

The judicial system has made our suburbs their jail cells - and innocent people are dying.

Judging puts you on God's level. Do you really want to say this? I have a God complex because I think they should throw the book at a person that deliberately deceived thousands of people?
Don't forget to take your meds.

I have a perfect suggestion for curbing the parole of these monsters. If a judge is involved they have to take the perp into their own home to live for the remainder of the perps life.
If a parole board is involved, Perps will be assigned in rotation. Once a board member has 5 of them , the board member is removed and replaced.

But what if it is your 18 year old son who is being accused of rape after he "hooked up" with a girl for a night? Your one strike law might not look so great then.

Do you know if Alphonso Rodriguez is an illegal?Native born American. We are quite capable of having our own monsters, thankyouverymuch...
To: null and void
we certainly are, aren't we.....
all I can say is that looking at him and then at her, is that a SLUG has managed to kill a young, yes beautiful, girl who could have added something to society....
so when the SLUGS kill young people, that are actually also killing us...because without decent people to grow up and take over, we are all lost....

Your one strike law might not look so great then. There should be a redefining of the sex offender offense based on degree of assault. There is a difference between what you are talking about and the violent sexual predators. This particular POS had a history of kidnapping and raping his victims at knifepoint. He should have never been let out into society after the first incident.

Get a grip.

Neither Minnesota or SD have the death penalty.Well, heck...this guy can't get a "fair" trial in either state. He needs a change of venue...like maybe to Texas! May what happened to King Herod happen to this guy.
