When the sustained war erupts on US soil, Hatem Bazian will be one of the first to go down.

If, or when, a sustained terror war erupts on US soil, it won't be only those such as at the rally in Berkely that will feel the heat of a backlash, it will be those who have given aid and comfort in its myriad forms to ME terror. Those politicians, journalists, luminaries and left/liberal activists who refuse to acknowledge the responsibility of their sort who allowed 9/11 to occur. Those who gutted intelligence and military abilities to defend this nation. They know who they are. Sadly for them, we do, too.

Is this anarchist an American citizen? If not, arrest & deport him...yesterday. If so,arrest & try him today. We are a nation of fools if we allow this "call to intifada" & Islamofascist doctrine to get a foothold. (maybe I should say MORE of a foothold)
Probably haven't heard much about him in the mainstream press because---they agree with him

So this Islamic "scholar", the professor who teaches the religion of "peace", is calling for Muslim thugs to take out our people? A fine dissertation that must have been---"Islam and International Jihad Using the Naive Left of the West"
Can someone tell explain why he hasn't been arrested and imprisoned or even deported?

sedition,
in law, acts or words tending to upset the authority of a government. The scope of the offense was broad in early common law, which even permitted prosecution for a remark insulting to the king. Although there have been several statutes in the United States forbidding seditious utterances and writings, the protection guaranteed to speech and press by the First Amendment to the Constitution has made them difficult to enforce except during periods of great national stress. The Sedition Act of 1798 generated so much opposition (see Alien and Sedition Acts) that similar statutes were not enacted until the 20th cent. During World War I the Espionage Act (1917) and the Sedition Act (1918) punished speeches and writings that interfered with the war effort or caused contempt for the government. Vaguely worded and broadly interpreted, they resulted in over 2,000 prosecutions, mostly against radicals and the radical press. The Smith Act of 1940, restricted in scope to the advocacy of violence against the government, was invoked only infrequently during World War II, though it was later used successfully to prosecute Communist party leaders, as in Dennis v. United States (1951). The libel decision of Sullivan v. New York Times (1964), by granting special protection to criticism of public officials, largely eliminated what remained of the crime of sedition in the United States.

Is this guy a legal citizen or is he here on some kind of visa? Either way he needs to be deported immediately. If we can deport 90 year old nazis, we should be able to throw this interloper out.

Hatem Bazian, a native Palestinian with a Ph.D. in Islamic studies, stirred up the San Francisco crowd, asking three times, to resounding affirmations, "Are you angry?" A hatem speech....
To: BushisTheMan
what he is saying ,he supports an uprising....against all libs [especially, those in congress]....after all,if libs can talk about uprisings,so can everyone else....unless,libs want to admit they feel their better than everyone else in this country and have special rights the rest of us don't have!!!!!!!!

Isn't kinda like a Roman Catholic with a PHd in Christian studies?
To: BushisTheMan
Oh yeah? Well I urge immediate deportation of Hatem Bazia, on a coastline catapult, with a suicide vest strapped on.
Makes for good fireworks when he is way up there.
