April 16, 2004 -- WASHINGTON - New questions surfaced yesterday about 9/11 commissioner Jamie Gorelick's potential conflicts of interest after it was revealed she was more deeply involved in anti-terror efforts than has previously been known. Records obtained by The Post show that Gorelick, while serving in a top job at the Justice Department, met every two weeks with George Tenet, then the No. 2 official at the CIA, and headed then-Attorney General Janet Reno's national-security team.

Good morning, Onyx. Answer: It won't be, and nothing will derail this commission. I doubt very seriously that Gore-lick will be forced to resign, or that she'll have the honor to do so on her own. (If she had honor, she would have refused the appointment in the first place.) The blunt, brutal fact is that unless the so-called mainstream media turns up the heat, there won't be much pressure for her to resign.

Tom, Dan, Peter, Katie-Matt, Charlie-Diane, local TV and radio news, local fishwraps, and TV shows like '60 Minutes' and the late night comics, these are where the vast, vast majority of the public get their news — to the extent that they pay any attention to news at all. As we all know, the Left has a stranglehold on those news and information outlets.

We are a nation approaching a population of 300 million, roughly one-third of whom will vote in presidential election years. Yet, based on hard statistics like TV ratings and radio "books," only about 10 — let's be generous — 20 million pay close attention to day-to-day news. Without the power of the media megaphone, no story becomes a big-enough deal to move anything in Washington.

[the late, Clinton legal counsel Charles] Ruff contacted Janet Reno's deputy Jamie Gorelick and wanted to know what federal investigators knew or suspected about Chinese illegal contributions to the presidential campaign.

We already know about HER integrity and know she does not have the decency to resign.

If the rest of the committee had any integrity - they would kick her butt off and not rely on someone like her to resign.

Tommy Dasshole puts Algorelick on this panel per Hitlery's instructions in order to protect God-knows-what from becoming public. It is underneath that rock is where you probably find the bribes and treason that the Clinton's are guilty of.

Listening to Rush the last 30 minutes and he is discussing the Gorelick affair and says that Ashcroft alluded to more stuff (going back to the 90's Rush says ) that may still be classified.

Relates to millenium bomber and the Clinton admistration taking credit for stopping the bomber.

If declassified will refute much of what Clarke claims and will be very revealing.
