Could well be "Chinagate", I do not know.

This whole thing may well have come about regarding some "INTEL" that was generic to most who initially saw it except to those at the top who knew its real meaning.

Personally, I think Hillry is a more likely candidate to be monitoring the "DOJ" and "INTEL" and most likely it was something that came about over Foster's death, or something else that was included in the "INTEL". Or maybe there was "blackmail" by someone else and the wall was put in place to prevent people from connecting the dots.

Whatever triggered this WALL I believe it had to do with something that was "personal" and had to be covered up at all costs.

The smug manner in which Gorelick has presented herself, tells me that she has no "fear" of the real reason why she put that "WALL" in place will be exposed, and who was being protected and actually gave the instruction for that "MEMO".

If I wanted to be TOTALLY cynical... I say this is a deliberate move by the seditious media to drum up sympathy for a tool of the Clintons who well deserves "villan" status! I heard the report in the late afternoon, yesterday, too!!!

It included a quote from her that she was only following laws in effect at the time... kinda like the Nuremburg Trials where people said... "I was only followink orders!" Did you see the Dick Morris quote, just a couple of replies, above? Who's orders does he think Gorelick was following.

Like the lawyer once told me when I was in office, when I asked him what the law said about the subject in question, he answered with a question... "What do you want the law to say about it?"

John Conyers has a memo on his website blaming the Republicans for turning the commission into a partisan matter. Now he and others have more ammunition to point fingers at those evil republicans. There is no shame across the aisle.

The important point, as I understand it, is that the wall she erected was higher than the law required. Higher than the law required.

That is, we could have had more sharing than there she would allow, without any legislative changes.

No one but the terrorists is really "responsible" for 9-11. But if someone had to decide which government official scewed up the worst, she might well be the one. And she sits in judgment on the commission.
