Ashcroft revealed that Jamie Gorelick wrote the memo which expanded and raised the wall between intelligence and criminal investigators and analysts. Not only that, but the commission did not ask for the memo and so Ashcroft declassified it for them.

They're saying that they have something super secret from the Clinton files; they hinted that it may be about whether OBL could be murdered.

They are saying nobody has seen it -- but evidently Chris Matthews and Howard Fineman know about it, because as soon as Reno left the chair, they both started saying that Clinton had tried to asssassinate OBL!

Problem is, according to "Losing Bin Laden", it was so heavily lawyered that CIA agents feared they would be criminally charged if they actually killed OBL.
