I do not know. Notice how Benveniste refers to 9-11 as a catastrophe over and over? Never an attack. Never call it what it it. Just a catastrophe as in a hurricane, a tornado...not caused my a human agency.

Can't remember the book, maybe "Losing Bin Laden", but the CIA agents clearly felt they did not have the freedom to kill OBL.

There were details that the "kill order" was heavily negotiated and overly lawyered and it gave the CIA agents no sense of confidence that if they killed OBL they wouldn't be brought up on charges.

NPR Maine (I was in the car) interrupts Ashcroft testimony for daily lengthly update of programming and "will switch to regular programming" at 5:00 whether Commission has finished for the day or not!..Bring up the past administration, which Ashcroft began to talk about "The Wall" and suddenly NPR interruptions! No interruptions during important testimony prior.
