The extreme radical homosexuals are working to prevent anyone anywhere stating their lifestyle is 'not the will go God.' This is what the hate crime issue is all about. If a church states that homosexuals' lifestyle is a sin; the church will lose it's tax exempt status. If a person states anything negative against that lifestyle will be prosecuted under the 'hate crime' law.
