A fact that always gets ignored:
The Senate and the House leadership get essentially the same threat assessments (TA) that the President does.
What was in their TA's during this time period?
The media act like the Executive Branch is the only one who gets this information.
Jeffers had jumped parties so in the summer/fall of 2001 the Dems controlled the Senate. Hey, Tommy Daschle, what's in your briefings?

Hope you're right.He was starting to scare me-a la my comments over the last 2 1/2 years- I hope we don't end up very disappointed over what all eventually comes out about 9/11.

Fox reporter says this is being released today because of a New York Times article. (Not a reporter...John Kasich.)
I believe that this is good. The press is thinking that this is a Clintonian type effort to hide the information on a holiday weekend. Therefore they are all over it. Oops...no smoking gun there. Ha!
Also, because it is in a PDF file, no one can excerpt small portions and twist it.
