No mistake at all.
Condi made reference to it, so it is fair game. It is also a setup to catch the rats lying about it's content. There is nothing in it, or Condi would have refused to discuss it. Another dead end for the Democrats.

Did they just say it would be released at 5:45 pm, eastern time? That's what I thought I heard, but I wasn't paying a lot of attention. I was still *hooting* over the guy on Fox whining that "the media" hadn't demanded Clinton do something about AlQaeda--like the media calls the shots...!!

Just in case the NBC audience is lurking here, you may want to say what PDB stands for. :)
In that long Condi thread the other day, someone was watching NBC and Brokaw was talking over the testimony to say what it stood for.
