10 Reasons Not To Jog

1. My grandmother started walking five miles a day when she was 60. She's 97 now & we don't know where the heck she is.

2. The only reason I would take up jogging is so that I could hear heavy breathing again.

3. I joined a health club last year, spent about 400 bucks. Haven't lost a pound. Apparently you have to show up.

4. I have to exercise in the morning before my brain figures out what I'm doing.

5. I don't exercise at all. If God meant us to touch our toes, he would have put them further up our body.

6. I like long walks, especially when they are taken by people who annoy me.

7. I have flabby thighs, but fortunately my stomach covers them.

8. The advantage of exercising every day is that you die healthier.

9. If you are going to try cross-country skiing, start with a small country.

10. I don't jog. It makes the ice jump right out of my glass.

Dumb Jocks

he basketball coach stormed into the university president's office and demanded a raise right then and there. "Please," protested the college President, "you already make more than the entire History department."
      
      "Yeah, maybe so, but you don't know what I have to put up with," the coach blustered. "Look."
      
      He went out into the hall and grabbed a jock who was jogging down the hallway. "Run over to my office and see if I'm there," he ordered.
      
      Twenty minutes later the jock returned, sweaty and out of breath.
      
      "You're not there, sir," he reported.
      
      "Oh, I see what you mean," conceded the President, scratching his head. "I would have phoned."

Trip to visit daughter and grandkids got delayed from tomorrow until on Friday, so I'll be around some during the day while I watch Condi. (I really need to tackle my kitchen sometime "tomorrow," too.)

Hey guy. If the pic is not on the internet already, you have to put it on a photo sharing site like Fotki.com. If it is already on a site, you just grab the url of the picture and post in HTML < img src="http://us.news2.yimg.com/us.yimg.com/p/afp/20040407/capt.sge.fbh52.070404063856.photo00.default-256x384.jpg"> without the space between < and img like this

If the picture is only on your hard drive you can ask someone here to post it for you. E-mail the photo to them and they post it through their photo sharing site. Unfortunately, I can't get my photo sharing site to co-operate so I only post those pics I find posted on the internet already.
