Now I know most of us Maryland Freepers are not known for being politically active in this socialist state, but I can no longer standby and see the will of the people be trumped.
Maryland's Democrat Lead Congress still refuses to give the governor's plan on slots a up or down vote and the bill is currently being held hostage by Maryland's Speaker Micheal Busch. The speaker has done this for the second year in a row and now he has stated that slots will only be considered if the governor agrees to some type of taxhike to go with it.
No matter if you agree with slots or not, we majority Marylanders said no to tax hikes in the last general election when 56% of us voted for Ehrlich.
According to State Senator Andy Harris people have called his office and informed him that when they complain to Busch Officie about his blocking of the slots bill that they are treated rudely and hung up on.
It is time for the majority of Marylanders to take back the "old line state" from the marxist socialist carpetbaggers that drover our state into debt.

I have a portable podium if you need it. Full size, stand up podium.
Also, I heard that on Air America, they allowed a caller to make a "Planet of the Apes" remark about Dr. Rice. If so, you could grab Franken's tail with both hands and yank. I'm trying to run that done now.

Is this gonna be in Baltimor or Annapolis?
Either place is good for me.
Count me in!

Sounds like we have a protest now if we could get 3 old slot machines and take them down to lawyer's mall for the gamble in.
