Syria will wait until after the election for the WMD issue. If Kerry wins, Al Quaeda gets the WMD's. If Bush wins, they get turned over as part of a deal.

IMHO I believe that Syria is ready to sell out. Syria wants one thing. They want the Golan Heights. Something big is starting to happen. I think they are waiting for Arafat to buy the farm and a weakened Hamas before they move.
